The cables worked as needed. The original cable had a defection the connector that allowed the wires to fall out.

When the dashcam connecting plug got bent while in the backpack, thought that a replacement was out of the question. But, the replacement was offered and now no more problems. Also, since the new one was purchased, decided to repair the wires that had come a lose and now have a spare connection device.

In the past few months I've purchased several items from The Dashcam Store. One of the items purchased wasn't working out as I had expected and I requested a return/refund. The return/refund process was handled very professionally and was an easy no hassle process. This company has built my trust in doing business with them and they are very customer service oriented. I will be using this company for my dash cam needs.

It was easy to install but I’d like to have this part more heavily insulated like the hardwire kit and the plug in to the battery pack beefier.
