All BlackVue North America shipping is fulfilled in the United States. All BlackVue dashcams and accessories are stocked in and ship from this central location.
BlackVue North America utilizes a real-time inventory system. If you are able to add an item to your shopping cart on the BlackVue North America website, it means that the item is in-stock. If an item or option is out of stock, that information will be reflected on the individual items page, and you will not be able to add the item to the shopping cart.
General Shipping Policies
All in-stock items are shipped from the United States within 24 hours of payment Monday through Friday. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped out on the following business day. If we have made a mistake and an item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped out.
In one step in the checkout process, you will enter your billing and shipping addresses. After this information is entered, you will see a list of the available shipping carriers and shipping methods with the cost and estimated delivery date of each shipping option. These rates are based on the shipping address and the weight of the items in your cart. The weight of any item can be found on its product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we work with, all weight will be rounded up to the next full pound or kilogram.
Shipping within the United States
For our U.S. customers (all 50 states), we offer FREE standard ground shipping via USPS on all orders over $40.00 USD. You may choose expedited shipping during checkout for an additional fee.
We ship to PO boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via USPS.
Shipping from the United States to Canada and Mexico
BlackVue North America ships to Canada and Mexico. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or accept returns on items shipped to Canada and Mexico.
Shipping from the United States Internationally
We regret to inform you that BlackVue dashcams and accessories can only be shipped to addresses inside the United States, Canada, or Mexico. We apologize for any inconvenience to our customers outside North America.
PLEASE NOTE: Tracking information, including delivery confirmation, is NOT provided by the United States Postal Service for USPS First Class Mail International service (the most economical international shipping method). A USPS tracking number will be provided by BlackVue North America when we create your shipping label, however this tracking number will in most cases only indicate that the package was physically accepted by the USPS when that occurs. If timely and accurate international tracking information and delivery confirmation is important to you, please consider using either UPS or FedEx as your international shipping method. We do have very good success with the vast majority of our USPS international shipments.
Please be aware that Canada or Mexico may assess an import duty/tax on your shipment. Any item and shipping cost that is paid to BlackVue North America at time of checkout does not include any international duty/tax/VAT fee.
Order Tracking Information
As soon as you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from BlackVue North America. If you do not receive this e-mail within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your junk/spam folders and then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you cannot find the order confirmation e-mail.
As soon as your order has been packaged for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with details about your carrier and tracking number. Please note tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the carrier’s websites once the shipment has been created.
All orders totaling more than $200.00 USD will be shipped with an adult signature required for delivery. Requiring a signature is one way that our business can prevent fraudulent orders and ensure that our customers receive their packages. We understand that having a signature required may be an inconvenience to our customers, but BlackVue North America believes that it is a risk to leave your expensive package sitting unsupervised on your doorstep.
Many customers find that shipping their order to their work address is a good solution to ensure they receive their shipment in a reliable and timely manner.
